Leighton Wind Farm Camp Construction and Management
Pacific Rim Constructors Mongolia was the first company to operate on the Salkhit Wind Farm Project, constructing a 120-man camp to support workforce accommodation. As Mongolia's initial renewable energy project, Salkhit marked a milestone for the country's energy sector, and PRC played a critical role in enabling its development.

PRC provided ongoing camp management services, ensuring international standards for safety, quality, and employee well-being were upheld throughout the project lifecycle.
Beyond the Build

Inside the Salkhit workforce camp PACRIM built and managed.The project faced logistical and geographic challenges associated with building and operating in Mongolia's remote Gobi Desert. Ensuring reliable delivery of equipment, materials, and services to the wind farm site required adaptive planning and strong execution.
