Odoptu Stage 2 Main Construction Camp Renovation & Expansion

Work was executed safely, within budget, and on schedule — demonstrating PRC's capability to deliver complex camp solutions in demanding environments. In October 2013, PRC also assumed responsibility for facilities management, maintenance, and catering, ensuring the long-term operation and performance of the site through 2018.

The client required staged occupancy during the construction phase to meet critical project schedule demands. This required PRC to carefully sequence renovation and expansion activities while keeping parts of the camp operational and habitable for the workforce. The extreme weather conditions during the year-round construction process required careful planning of activities to ensure not only progress of the project, but also the safety of the workforce.
